Can you demolish just the kitchen and keep the floors?
Yes. Selective demolition means we remove only what's in scope and protect what stays, such as floors, walls, windows, and trim.
Do you cap plumbing and electrical?
No. Licensed plumbers and electricians need to shut off and cap services first. We handle the tear-out and haul-away.
What about asbestos?
If your home was built before the 1990s, test suspect materials before demolition. Asbestos must be handled by a qualified abatement contractor, not a general demolition crew.
